Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Charts Hub. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Charts Hub

Charts Hub is an educational reference tool that lets you organize study charts (such as preflop ranges, push/fold charts, and GTO ranges) into a customizable grid for quick access while studying.

Charts Hub does not facilitate, enable, or involve real-money play, wagering, gambling, chips, bets, or any monetary stakes. It is a tool for organizing reference material. The service does not generate, recommend, or execute any wager, and it does not interface with any real-money platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Charts Hub. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the service complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Account

Charts Hub uses Google Sign-In to create and access your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your Charts Hub account. Notify us immediately at samvelpetros@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Charts Hub for personal and small-group study. You agree that:

• You own or otherwise have the right to use any chart images, labels, or other content you upload to the service.
• You will not upload illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that violates these Terms.
• You will not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service or any portion of it.
• You will not attempt to circumvent paywalls, subscription enforcement, or other access controls.

5. Plans & billing

Charts Hub is freemium. The Free plan is permanent and requires no payment; you sign in with Google and immediately have access to a single chart tab with as many charts as you'd like in it, plus the ability to install one shared pack via a share link. The free plan does not include export, import, dividers, or share-link generation.

For unlimited tabs, dividers, export & import, and the ability to generate share links, three Pro plans are available:

• Monthly — $4.99 per month, recurring
• Annual — $29.99 per year, recurring
• Lifetime — $79.99 one-time payment

The monthly and annual plans are billed immediately on signup and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime to stop further charges. The lifetime plan is a single one-time charge with no renewal.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for processing your payment, handling applicable taxes, and providing receipts. Your billing relationship is with Paddle.

We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change affects you, by email and/or in the app. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account screen in the app: tap Manage subscription to open the Paddle customer portal, where you can cancel, change plan, or update your payment method. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep Pro access until that date. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

7. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge by emailing samvelpetros@gmail.com. The lifetime plan is also refundable within 14 days of purchase under the same process. Subsequent renewal charges (after the first paid charge) are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.

8. Cloud storage

Your charts and account data are stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) under your Google account. We do not access your charts in the normal course of operation. You can export your data from within the app and delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. No warranty

Charts Hub is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about availability, uninterrupted service, accuracy of any chart content, fitness for a particular purpose, or any specific results from using the service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. We will notify you by email of material changes that affect your rights or obligations. Continued use of the service after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
